Skrip teater psiko-triller English "The Lost Memory"

Aku diminta untuk menulis skrip play dlm english & bergenre thriller oleh ex-housemate ku, Zarith. untuk rakan2, aku pun ingin berkongsi babak pertama dalam skrip nie. nama2 characternye mungkin familiar buat kite..enjoy!

SCENE 1 (THE LOST MEMORY)

Characters: Taufiq, Idham, Zailan, Alex, Melissa, Insp. Faris, Dr. Khairul
Time: Undefined
Place: Drop- down white translucent veils are everywhere on the stage.

(Taufiq already sits on a stool in the middle of the stage, looking at the floor. Idham, Zailan, Alex, Melissa, Insp. Faris and Dr. Khairul are standing in ‘freeze’ position behind the veils with various poses. The lighting is dimmed and slowly the spotlight shone at Taufiq who will looked up at the audience. The spotlight will follow Taufiq.)

Sound effect: The Lost Memory soundtrack played using the piano

Taufiq: Have you ever felt how it feels to lose you memory?
(Taufiq get down from his stool to walk around the stage among the veils and other characters.)
The emptiness, the coldness, the silence, pointless, vulnerable, naïve.
(Taufiq faced Idham with neutral expression for a few second and walked towards Zailan.)
It’s like walking through never-ending translucent veils.
(Taufiq faced Zailan with neutral expression for a few second and walked towards Dr. Khairul.)
You never know who would come for you and who had gone from you.
(Taufiq faced Dr. Khairul with neutral expression for a few second and walked towards Insp. Faris.)
You forget the memories you had ever had.
(Taufiq faced Insp. Faris with neutral expression for a few second and walked towards Melissa.)
You feel alone, wondering what you should be doing before you lose your precious memories.
(Taufiq faced Melissa and a happy smile came to his face and he stayed there until the stage darkened a few second after.)selain play nie, aku pernah menulis skrip drama bahasa Melayu bertajuk 'Pengemis Rindu' masa foundation dulu. time drama n teater 1...pelakon2 utama termasuklah Syahid, Dalilah, Pali, Arif etc. mereka nie memang berbakat & aku rase x rugi kalo skrip nie dipentaskan diorang=)
